Current and Recent Developments

It has been a busy end to the year.  Websites have been built for Assiso, SaaS Intelligence, Enable Glasgow and a few sites still in the development phase.  Some of these sites and more can be seen in our portfolio.

Assiso was primarily a rebuild but with the addition of a 3rd level of links and the removal of some unwanted design elements.  The site has also been built to a higher standard with accessibility and usability being the main improvements ( as is with all of our websites). Wordpress was also integrated with the website and the content management system.

SaaS Intelligence was designed as a Web 2.0 style website.  The Open ID enhanced login area links in to the SaaS (Software as a Service) services they provide including their Customer Relationship Management System.  Wordpress was also integrated with this website.

Enable Glasgow was the winner in our charity competition last year.  The site is built using our kCMS content management solution.

Currently we have several sites still in development which we cannot talk about just now but we are excited about one of the sites especially as it is an original concept and has a lot of functionality built into it.  Just wait until next month to see what it is!

Charity Website Design 2009 Submissions

Charity Website Design 2009

For those in the know.
If you are aware of our annual award of a free charity website please simply nominate a charity of your choice by completing the simple form on the CHARITY page on our website www.kiswebs.net

For those who need to know more.
In 2007 Kiswebs decided that it would be a good idea to contribute to local charities by giving away a free website design complete with a content management system so that the charity could manage its own website. The charity in question benefitted greatly which in turn made us feel good about ourselves. As such we decided we should make this an annual award and we are back in 2009 to help yet another charity.

Why are we telling you this? It is completely open to anyone to suggest a charity that they feel would benefit from our years of experience in website design and development. The good news is that it will not cost the charity a penny and all it may cost you is a few seconds of your time to nominate them.

Previous Winners of the Charity Website.
2008 - Darlinda’s Charity for Renal Research www.darlindascharity.co.uk
2007 - Never Away www.neveraway.co.uk

This year we have extended our contribution to also include some Design for Print services completely free together with the Website.

So 1 deserving charity (nominated by you and selected by the staff at Kiswebs) Will receive the following completely FREE.

  • Fully designed website complete with full Content Management Solution (CMS)
  • Full training on CMS
  • Website hosting
  • Domain Name

Summary.
