In simple terms a content management solution is a product ( or solution or piece of software ) that is either attached to your website or separate from your web site. You use this product together with a username and password and login to easily make changes to your website.

Our preferred method is to build our clients a solution that is designed to their needs instead of trying to use an off the shelf type product that may meet most of our clients wishes but not them all. It is better if you have something developed for you that focuses on your current and future needs.

Which content management solution is right for your business?

First of all we look at your current situation and ask a host of questions. Do you or don't you already have a website? Which areas of your web site need updating on a regular or less frequent basis ? All areas or just selected pages ? What types of information do you need to add or change ? Images, text, meta tag information, links, - do you need to format text ? Do you need to upload other file types such as; word documents, pdf files, powerpoint presentations, excel spreadsheets, music files ?

Then there are other things to consider. Do you want the ability to collate client and visitor information via your website ? What do you then do with this information ?
